How it works
Message us on WhatsApp or call +598 97 953 784. A short message in English is fine: tell us where you are (sharing your WhatsApp location is the fastest way), what happened and, if you can, send a photo of the lock. We reply with a fixed price and an arrival time. When we arrive we ask for an ID or proof that you are staying there, open the door and test that everything works before we leave.
Prices start at UYU 1,500 to open a home or apartment door and at UYU 2,000 to open a car. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer or by card. There is no extra charge for the visit: the price we confirm already includes it.
